Vancouver is home to the award-winning Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Travelling to and from the airport is as easy as taking a taxi or jumping on the Canada Line SkyTrain. You will arrive in downtown Vancouver in less than 30 minutes with either option.
Canada Line from the airport: From the YVR Airport station, Canada Line trains depart approximately every seven minutes. The first train of the day departs at 5:07am and the last train departs YVR at 12:56am. The fare from YVR to downtown Vancouver is $8.75 CAD.
Taxi from airport: There are always taxis available for pickup from YVR with set prices for certain zones within the city. The rate from YVR to Downtown Vancouver is $31 CAD. Please check this site for current rates for various zones across the city.

Ride Sharing Services
The City of Vancouver has not approved ride sharing services, so you will not be able to access services such as Uber or Lyft.
